How do I get Café BonApp 2.0?
Café BonApp 2.0 is available for download wherever you get your mobile apps, including the Apple App Store or Google Play site.
How do I connect to my campus?
When you open the app for the first time you will be prompted to enter an access code, type SCCA123 to connect to our campus.
Do I have to enter the access code, e-mail address, and verification code each time I want to use the app?
No, the app will remember all this information as long as you remain logged in.
Why do I have to select just the one window of time when ordering?
Due to our current remote kitchen and the size of our facilities, we can only offer one deliver time currently.
How far in advance can I book my slot and place my order?
As of now, we are only taking same day orders.
Can I place a repeat order from my previous order history or do I have to enter it again?
Although the app does not currently have repeat capability, we will be adding this feature in the future.
I like my food and drink prepared a certain way, can I modify menu items or provide specific instructions through the app?
At this time we’re only able to offer our menu items as offered.
Where do I pick up my order?
Orders can be picked up at the second floor service elevator bay. Delivery/Pick-up times are 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. There will be clear signage on the ‘Red Brick Order Pick-Up’ station.
I have a problem with my order or the app, how do I get help?
Within the app there is an “Account” button, click that and you can submit your issue using the “Support” function.

Do I have to use Café BonApp 2.0 to order from Red Brick?
Yes! At this time we are only taking orders through the app. This ensures social distancing requirements are met and that our team has the time to safely prepare and package your selections.
I need a receipt for my purchase, does the app provide one?
Yes, in the orders section, completed orders will have a receipt option.
