Located on the 1st floor of the 1100 Eastlake Building, at Rubia Espresso you will enjoy local espresso drinks, Caffe Vita coffee, specialty teas, assorted pastries, desserts, and grab-and-go breakfast.
During lunch, enjoy flavorful grab-and-go choices, including freshly prepared sandwiches and salads abundant with local, sustainable produce, as well as made-from-scratch soups.
