The Biscuit Box will be back on campus on April 30th from 11-2pm at the Traffic Circle, serving warm sweet and savory biscuits!
The Biscuit Box offers flaky and buttery biscuits smothered in local flavor, and are made using Washington-based Shepherd’s Grain flour. These hearty biscuits that have a hint of crunch are finished with a unique blend of toppings, including selections of nostalgic homemade jams, Honey Hole urban honey, Beecher’s flagship cheese featured in a fondue, locally foraged mushrooms, and humanely raised meat.
